Grace Jones MMFT, LMFT, CEDS, ART

Your Compassionate Therapist

Grace is dedicated to offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, body image issues, stress management, and skills-based therapy. As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and a certified eating disorders specialist (CEDS), she brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. In addition, she is a certified master accelerated resolution therapist (ART), employing the power of eye movements to replace negative images that trigger post-traumatic stress with positive ones chosen by clients, effectively eliminating those triggers and symptoms.

Therapeutic Approach

Grace adopts a skills-based approach, focusing on providing empathetic, change-oriented services. Her goal is to help clients overcome their presenting challenges and achieve independence from stressors. Passionate about facilitating personal growth, she strives to nurture her patients as they embark on their healing journeys.

Grace's mission

Do you wish you could just have a little peace while going about your normal day? Are you sick of feeling frustrated or ashamed with constantly thinking about whether you are good enough?  Maybe you know that life could be different, but are not sure about how or who to reach out to for support. You are not alone.  You, just like your friends, family, and every other person on the planet, are worthy of love, belonging, and freedom.

Grace Jones Family Therapy specializes in offering compassionate and holistic individual and family services to help you find relief from having to do/act “just right.” You are worthy of living a meaningful life that does not depend on your school/work performance, emotional distress, or your daily food choices. We will work closely with other professionals you see to ensure you get the best care. Our goal is to help you identify effective coping skills and use your inner wisdom to find freedom from anxiety, trauma, eating issues, and other stressors. If you are motivated for change, the sky is the limit!
