A Safe Space For You for

Grounded Support, Space to Breathe And Room to Heal.

I offer individual therapy for both adults and adolescents (14 and up) who are seeking a space to slow down, reflect, and feel supported. Whether you’re walking through something difficult or just feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy is a place where you don’t have to carry it all alone.

Eating Disorder

Together, We’ll Find Your Way Forward

You Don’t Have to Navigate This on Your Own

I understand that struggles with food and body image are deeply personal and often shaped by many layers — from genetics and life experiences to the messages we receive from the world around us. If you’e feeling  overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from your body, please know: you’re not alone, and your story matters here.

Healing the Hurt Beneath the Surface

In a culture that often celebrates harmful ideas about food, appearance, and control, it makes sense why so many people feel stuck or uncertain. But I also believe that your challenges around food aren’t just about the food itself — they’re gentle signals of deeper needs, unmet emotions, or pain that deserves compassion and care.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Your experience is unique, and so is your path to healing. I’m here to walk alongside you — not to fix or judge, but to gently help you explore what’s beneath the surface and create a more peaceful, grounded relationship with your body and yourself.

Let’s Talk About Body Image — Gently and Honestly

Body image can feel like one of those vague, slippery things that’s hard to put your finger on — but for so many of the people I work with, it shows up as a quiet (or not-so-quiet) struggle every single day. If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable in your body, critical of how you look, or just exhausted by the pressure to be different — I want you to know you’re not alone.

Your Experiences Matter, Making Sense of the Hurt You Couldn't Name

I often meet people who have gone through incredibly difficult experiences without even realizing they’ve experienced trauma. That’s more common than you might think.

Trauma can look different for everyone. It might be a single event, like a car accident or the loss of a pet. It might be something more ongoing, like emotional conflict in a relationship or childhood experiences that leave deep emotional marks — what we often refer to as developmental trauma. And sometimes, trauma doesn’t come from what happened, but from what didn’t happen — like not feeling safe, seen, or supported when we needed it most.

Your Experiences Matter. Even If No One Told You They Did.

Sometimes, even if we “make it through” something, we may not feel safe enough at the time — or afterwards — to fully process it. When that happens, we can begin to internalize:

  • Negative beliefs about ourselves
  • Unprocessed emotions or physical sensations
  • Painful images or memories
  • A distorted interpretation of what happened

These lingering effects can sometimes lead to symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or show up in ways that impact our relationships, confidence, and daily life.

I provide a safe, grounded space to begin this healing work. Together, we gently explore what you’ve been through, without rushing or pushing. We’ll work at your pace — grieving what was lost, making sense of what happened, and slowly learning how to weave this part of your story into your life in a way that feels lighter, more integrated, and less painful.

Healing takes time, intention, and care — and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. You are worthy of healing, and there is hope.

Grief Counseling

Holding Space for Grief. Gently, Together

I often sit with people who are moving through grief — and one of the first things I share is this: grief is not something to fix, rush, or ignore.

In our culture, grief is often misunderstood or minimized. We’re told to “be strong,” “move on,” or “stay positive.” But the truth is, grief touches all of us, and it can shape our lives in quiet, profound ways — even when others can’t see it.

Anxiety Disorder

Helping You Navigate Anxiety Gently with Support & Compassion.

I work with many individuals who experience anxiety in their daily lives — and I want you to know this right away: you are not alone, and you are not broken.

Anxiety is something so many of us live with, often silently. For some, it’s a constant buzz in the background — a sense of unease that never quite lets up. For others, it may come in sudden waves: racing thoughts, a pounding heart, shortness of breath, or spiraling worry that seems to take over.

When Every Moment Feels Like Too Much or Not Enough. There is Hope.

Finding Relief from the Mental Loop of Anxiety

You might notice your anxiety in social settings, wondering how others are perceiving you. Or maybe it shows up at work — second-guessing decisions, rereading emails, or feeling like you’re always one step behind. You may find yourself replaying conversations with friends or loved ones or lying awake at night bracing for the what-ifs and worst-case scenarios.

Anxiety often wants to convince us that something is wrong — with us, with the future, with everything. But in therapy, we slow things down. We make space for curiosity, understanding, and healing. Little by little, you can build a life where anxiety doesn’t call all the shots. If you’re tired, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to feel different — I’m here. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out.

stress management

Managing Your Stress. Slowing Down and Finding Your Center.

I often hear clients say things like, “I feel like I’m constantly holding my breath,” or “I can’t seem to catch a break.” If that resonates with you, you’re in good company — and I want you to know you’re not alone in feeling this way.

Stress touches every corner of our lives. It can come from work pressure, caregiving responsibilities, financial uncertainty, relationship tension, or the relentless pace of life. Sometimes, stress builds quietly over time — other times, it hits like a wave. Either way, the result can feel overwhelming.

The Pressure Builds — But You Don’t Have To Hold It Alone

Stress is not a sign that you’re doing something wrong — it’s a sign that you’re human, and something important needs attention. You might notice:

  • Difficulty sleeping or constant fatigue
  • Trouble concentrating or feeling scattered
  • Muscle tension, headaches, or other physical symptoms
  • Irritability, worry, or a sense of being emotionally tapped out
  • A sense of losing yourself in the daily hustle — with no space to breathe

Stress is not a sign that you’re doing something wrong — it’s a sign that you’re human, and something important needs attention.

When we work together on stress management, we create a space where you can finally exhale. This isn’t about productivity hacks or pushing through. It’s about tuning in — learning to notice what your body and mind are trying to tell you and finding gentler ways to respond.

Together, we’ll slow down and make space to ask: What do I need? What would it feel like to care for myself differently?
